When will I receive my order?
Within the Netherlands you will receive your order in 2-5 working days. We will send you a shipping notification once your order has left the warehouse.
How do I know my order was accepted?
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. Worried that your order didn’t come through? Send an email to info@katagum.nl and we will get back to you immediately.
Can I return my items?
If the ordered item is not satisfactory for any reason, you can return it. No hard feelings. Just fill in the return form supplied with your package and send back your items to the address that is on the return form (and on our contact page).
Please note products can only be returned within the first 14 days after receiving the goods. The products must come back in the same condition as you received them. This means unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with the original tags. If you cannot adhere to this, a refund is not possible, so please take care of the clothing.
Costs of returning a product are on you. As soon as you have sent the package, you can notify us via e-mail at: info@katagum.nl. We will confirm receipt of your returned goods by e-mail after inspection of the goods. Next steps will be shared in this notification e-mail.
Can I exchange my items?
If you do not want a refund but exchange your product for another one in our collection, please inform us via info@katagum.nl. Let us know what other sizes or product you want, and we will let you know if this is an option (based on availability etc.). The products must come back in the same condition as you received them. This means unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with the original tags. If you cannot adhere to this, we might not accept your exchange with us, so please take care of the clothing.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, this is not an option. Once we receive an order, it is automatically processed. You will have to wait until you receive the product and return it as we showed you under Can I return my items?
Will I be charged tax?
All prices shown on the website include 21% Dutch VAT. The prices shown are excluding delivery costs. Delivery Costs are automatically added to the total amount upon checkout.
What if an item is sold out?
Each collection is unique and only produced once. If a product is sold out, we will not refill our stock in the warehouse. To make sure you don’t miss out, follow our socials and always be in the loop for our latest collection.
How do I know what is the right size for me?
On each product page you can find a size chart. It will also tell you the height of our models wearing the product. If you still have questions, please let us know.
